ICSA qualification or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in corporate secretarial practice, preferably at a manager level in Company Secretarial firms handling about 100-150 companies
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2016 and statutory requirements or legislation with minimum supervision.
Attending meetings and preparing minutes.
Assist in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with the statutory regulations and guidelines.
Able to handle portfolio of foreign-owned companies independently and willing to provide technical support to subordinates.
A team player with good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience/ knowledge of use of Superior ComSec Software would be an advantage.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
