Job Description
Primary Responsibilities

To complete pre-conference readiness checklist with client

To coordinate multiple conference platforms for client (webcast, phone etc.)

To provide online and voice support to clients before and during conferences

To proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues before and during conferences

To complete post-conference report

To share knowledge and experience with colleagues

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Professional Certification, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Other or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Ability to follow and complete formal training programmes and also to self-train on conference platforms during down time

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to actively listen and adapt responses to different client personalities

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues while under pressure

Ability to follow scripts but also to react to unexpected issues during conferences

Must be able to work occasional non-standard hours as required by the business

Additional Desired Skills

Added language(s) is an advantage: Japanese, Chinese, German 
Photoshop editing, video editing. 
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent

Familiarity with B2B or business operations (such as CRM) systems preferred

Basic knowledge of HTML

Experience with audio/video production or a related field

Knowledge of streaming protocols and encoding of audio/video and related tools

Experience in customer service or similar customer-facing role such as sales preferred
