Job Description
The Configuration Management-DevOps Engineer will support the Development and Quality Assurance teams in addressing issues related to the different environments managed by the team. The role will also support and maintain configuration management tools, handle release management, and design/implement operations for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a build, package, and deploy expert on different Navitaire products.
  • Resolve configuration management/environment issues.
  • Collaborate with the CM Salt Lake City team for handoffs, and knowledge exchange
  • Execute tools and processes to enable different Navitaire products leverage on the company’s CI/CD solution.
  • Work with different teams to address gaps and challenges in delivering an effective CI/CI process.
  • Build a culture of client satisfaction by providing on time and effective operation support.
  • Accurately follow and execute support and testing standards of the team.
  • Document lessons learned for the team’s use.
  • Identify process or script improvements for the team.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 
  • Must possess a University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline with good academic records.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve problems and issues effectively. 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or knowledge in programming using C#, Java, Javascript, Powershell, and SQL.
  • Ability to research, learn, and adapt to emerging DevOps tools and solutions.
  • Understanding of the .Net environment preferred.
  • Can effectively own and deliver process/tool development with high quality.
  • Knowledge on deployment process and software (i.e. Docker, Jenkins, Openshift) is a plus.
  • Knowledge on cloud related environments such as AzureDevOps is preferred.
