Start in Jan 2019 - 1 Year Contract

Mon to Fri: 9.00am 5.45pm

Up to $2,300 nego

Boon Lay (Tertiary Institute)

Responsibilities:

Secretarial Support for two Directors
  • Co-ordinate meetings & book meeting rooms
  • Business travel arrangements & reimbursements
  • Other ad hoc tasks


Administrative & Operational Support
  • PhD students admission administration
  • Procurement and payment matters
  • Event organising including booking of venue, manning events email account, registration, data entry and post event logistics
  • Business Travel System administration
  • Logistical support for research visitors e.g. accommodation, ransport & arrangement meetings
  • Research grant applications & administration
  • Maintain CI website and other event websites


Logistics
  • Receive & process mails and deliveries
  • Monitor & maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Other ad hoc duties

- maintain pantry and beverage & biscuit inventory
- monitor mineral water consumption and place order.
- Co-ordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment

Period:
  • Start in Jan 2019 - 1 Year Contract (Subject to renewal or extension)


Location:
  • Boon Lay (Tertiary Institute)


Working Hours:
  • Mon to Fri: 9.00am 5.45pm (8 working hrs + 45 min lunch)


Salary:
  • Up to $2,300 nego *Depending on qualification / experience


Requirements:
  • Min Diploma / Degree Holder
  • IT savvy (Photoshop + Basic html & CSS codes knowledge).
  • Conference/event organising experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizing and communication skills
