Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Finding new customers (making agreement with government instance, companies and personal customer)
  • Making good relations with customers & maintenance all existing customer
  • Do sales activities (sales report, visit report, making strategy/program to increase sales target)
  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve the target
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar position min 2 years as sales manager in budget hotels or Travel Agencies
  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Well groomed, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill
  • Energetic and innovative person
  • Good integrity & attitude
  • Excellent command both in written and spoken English is advantaged
  • Hospitality/Travel background is a must
  • Target oriented
  • Proficient in English
  • Good analytical thinking, negotiation skill and presentation skill.
