Support Regional Finance director in regional finance projects, share best practices with other emerging markets
Shared common goals with sales management in driving effectiveness and efficiency of trade spend, by providing robust return on investment analysis, developed guideline and structured thought process to guide sales team in making optimize investment decision
Developed business scorecard to track divisional and product business performance
Provide insightful pre & post promotional analysis for marketing spending, establish database knowledge bank for future learning and development
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
