Role Description:

Responsible for complete HR Function to facilitate effective deployment of end to end HR processes and ensuring compliance in alignment with the business objectives of the region with key focus on (Not limited to): Support the development of HR policies / procedures in line with country-specific imperatives Identify, and deploy OD Interventions and developmental learning programs Support compliance to all employment and immigration-related laws of the country Pro-active identification of HR issues and providing timely resolutions Organizing regular Associate Engagement initiatives Engaging with the workforce through mentoring and employee connect programs Own and Deploy Talent Acquisition needs for the country Onboard & Integrate Expats and Locals through proper mechanisms Deploy TCS performance management process for the country Work towards improving the intrinsic quality of Performance Management / Talent Acquisition/Compensation Management & Talent Management systems Support Talent assessment / Career Management & Succession Planning- understand and educate employees about compensation processes and handle queries related to the area Responsible for driving CSR, Maitree, D&I and special initiatives in Organizational Development Ensuring on time & effective grievance redressal Mange Onsite rotation and workforce management Create mechanism to enhance ASI

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Total experience of 8 years with at least 2 years in HR Process deployment
