Job Description


  • Identify, define & develop CRM best practices on a continuous basis.

  • Manage deadlines and deliverables for existing projects

  • Manage & deliver client expectations with in time frames outlined.

  • Assist in developing pitch decks for upcoming & future projects

  • Leverage deep knowledge of CRM.

  • Comfortable handling multiple CRM campaigns start to finish

  • Assist in team growth through trainings and trend spotting for industry changes

  • Coordinate effectively with account managers, creative & content teams.

  • Nurture and strengthen clients understanding of CRM & best practices

  • Develop regular reporting based on client performance.

  • Hungry, never say die, attitude; eager to grow and learn

  • 2-3 years agency-side, brand-side or start-up experience in a mid-level role

  • Proven leader who is comfortable managing internal & external stakeholders

  • Highly analytical with a strong understanding of CRM marketing.

  • Prior experience in CRM Marketing / campaign management is essential.

  • Prior experience in using a CRM Marketing tool is important. Example: Mailchimp etc.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to make complex concepts simple and actionable

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Proficient in Excel, Power point & Microsoft suite

  • Education in Business or Marketing related field ideal but not essential
