Job Description
Job responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer support and technical issue resolution via email, chat and other online platforms to players with games-related concerns
  • Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Respond professionally to customer’s request for live support through chat, email and call
  • Serve as product advisers and assist customer request for sales and service of online games
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails
  • Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
  • Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, one that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDMY.


Academic/Qualification requirements:
  • Minimum academic qualification: Degree
  • Flawless verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin language is essential.
  • Passion in gaming (Multiplayer online battle arena) and able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective and give in-dept gaming troubleshooting support
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service quality utilizing soft skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to solve and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines
  • Minimum 1-2 years gaming experience
