  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution, which may include researching and diagnosing issues before handing over to developers for resolution
  • Helping answer technical queries by customer operations team
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of issues to the appropriate internal team

  • You are a software engineer with 0-3 years of development and/or technical support experience
  • You have good working knowledge of Java, Javascript, React Native or MongoDB
  • You enjoy talking to people: Ability to articulate an idea or a thought in a way that the audience understands
  • You like to solve customer issues and learn new technologies
  • You are systematic and independent with minimal supervision
  • You bring great attitude to work every day!
