Job Description
Customer Service Analyst

Location – Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Roles & Responsibilities –
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries 
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints 
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints 
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests 
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource 
  • Promote product and services 
  • Meet daily and monthly metrics 


Generic & Behavioral Skills –
  • Proficiency in Required Language – Bahasa Malaysia and English Language 
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills 
  • Clear the product & process knowledge certifications of the process within the defined timelines 
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure 
  • The applicant should be Proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 
  • Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement 
  • Willing to work 24*7 (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with no fixed week offs 


Qualification Section
  • Qualification – Diploma / Degree Holder only
