Job description: 
  • Customer Service Associate for the world’s largest retailer
  • CSAs will respond to inbound customer inquiries. 
  • CSAs will use a wide variety of cloud based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions. 
  • Demonstrates clear and polite written communication 
  • Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service 
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light 
  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures 
  • Maintains email handle time, while remaining friendly and informative (after call email to customers) 
  • Maintains productivity and quality standards 
  • Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions 
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses 
  • All other duties as assigned 
  • Japanese speaking (above N2 level) 
  • Basic English 
  • Basic PC skills, able to handle multiple tasks 
Preferred: Working experience at Customer Service fields
Educational Background (*must meet either one) :
  • University graduates (Degree holder) 
  • Expected university graduate 
  • Diploma holders 
  • High school graduates with 5 years working experience in similar fields 
Working hours:
  • 5 days in a week (8 hours + 1 hour lunch time per day) 
  • Including weekends and public holidays 
  • Basic Salary: 5000RM, Language allowance 500RM, KPI 300RM (up to), Night Shift Allowance 300RM (if applicable)
  • 2 Years VISA 
  • One way flight ticket to Malaysia 
  • Airport pick up service (From the airport to the company accommodation) 
  • Medical insurance 
  • Free accommodation for the first 2 weeks upon arrival 
  • Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Leave 14 days
