Job Description
• Worked or studied in Australia or New Zealand Or;
• Worked in Malaysia Contact Centres supporting Australia, New Zealand or US for at least 1 year.
• With B2B sales experience is a plus
• Must be proficient in the language supported (both written and spoken communication)

Job Responsibilities
• Provides a high-level of professional, competent sales assistance
• Identifies customer requirements and qualifies a certain solution sales tele qualified lead Opportunity.
• Adhere to Privacy policies for handling customer PII data
• Ensure all qualified sales opportunities created are in line with sales quality framework
• Ensure all coding across all tools is within coding accuracy targets
• Ensure the optimum CPE through implementation of the ExSell methodology
• Effectively communicates next steps for sales customers.
• Performs all procedures accurately, including Indeed documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.
• Escalates issues outside of service boundaries or when resolution cannot be confirmed.
• Provide call backs and call downs of customers and partners
