Job Description
Position : Customer Service  ( No experience or education level required ) 
Location : Kuala Lumpur / PJ / Johor

Working day : 5 day per week , ( 9 hour daily under shift rotation )
Working under shift rotation

Language requirement : Mandarin, English ( Cantonese will be extra bonus )

Salary :  Up to Rm3000 ( We accept fresh entry)
Job scope:
1. Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints,

comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products.

2. To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service and accurate Information.

3. Work in a term to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
