  • Answer calls and respond to emails for any customer's enquiries and complaints.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Provide customers with product and service information. 
  • Enter new customer information info system. 
  • Update existing customer information. 
  • Process orders, forms, and applications.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience to key customers.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the contact management process.
