We have Urgent job openings for Customer service executive for one of the reputed client

Job title: Customer Care Officer/ Customer Care Consultant ( Typical general JD of Customer Service only )
Shift hours: 24 by 7 rotational ( 5 days work & 2 days off )
Salary : Basic 2800RM__3500RM . (It’s Based on last drawn salary and experience)

Responsibilities :

 Handling all incoming calls and Emial enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellence customer service skills to meet on exceed customer needs
 Follow up and resolve customer complaints problems and ensure it’s close to satisfaction
 To respond positively and openly to feedbacks from team leaders & colleagues
 To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaints

Requirement:

looking for talents, who is customer centric with exceptional communication skills as these agents will be supporting Singapore market. Hence, they must be able to communicate well and shouldn’t hunt for words while on call with customers.
Be courteous and professional throughout conversation with customers.

• Min Education level : SPM PASS with credits only.
• Min 1 to 3 years of experience doing customer service jobs in any industry.
• Language proficiency : Min 8/ 10 in English, speak, read and write.
• Typing speed: Min 25 wpm
