Job Description
1. Responsible for the daily customer service of chess and card games, handling the needs of game players and solving player problems through email and customer service tools;

2. Regularly report the customer service docking situation to the superiors and promptly feedback the player's problems;

3. Cooperate with the operation department to provide various cooperation work.
4. Highly responsible, rigorous and thorough;

5, love chess games, there are more chess games, or Texas Hold'em players experience is preferred;

6, can withstand higher working pressure;

7. Proficiency in verbal/written English & Mandarin is essential
