Job Description
Company Overview;


We are representing our established client specialising in Telecomunication / Broadcasting/ BPO Industries. Our established client is curently looking for dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening.

Responsibility;
  • Mainly handle inbound call enquiry on product, billing and general troubleshoot issues 
  • Handle and resolve customers’ queries and feedback received via telephone, email, live chat or other available channels in accordance to our Quality Assurance guidelines and standards. 
  • To upsell products and packages 
  • Obtain customer’s details and ensure all information are accurately and promptly keyed into our customer database 
  • Ensure KPIs targets are met consistently so as to achieve the overall contact centre objectives. 
  • Undertake any other tasks delegated by the Team Leader 
Requirements;
  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin 
  • Fresh Diploma or Degree holder 
  • Or SPM with at least 1.5 years of working experience 
  • Able to work in rotational shift working enviroment 
  • working for 5 day in a week and 2 days rotational off day 
Package;
  • Fixed Language Allowance (Mandarin Speaker) 
  • Shift Allowance 
  • KPI Allowance 
  • Other Benefits will be discuss during the phone interview or face to face interview
