Job Responsibilities: 
  • To handle customers enquiries
  • Prompt follow through to resolve customers enquiries 

Job Requirements: 
  • Degree / Diploma holders with 1 year working experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment
  • Possess good problem solving skills
  • Service oriented and good communication skills
  • Able to work on shift hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
