Job Description:


  • CRM record keeping – updating customer records and recording all customer interactions
  • Prompt and professional customer issue resolution
  • Log all customer call notes into Netsuite
  • Maintain up to date customer contact details in Netsuite
  • Utilize DSD driver system to identify truck location
  • Manage SMS auto-texting service to prompt customer ordering
  • Daily productivity report
  • Positive customer feedback on behaviour
  • Manage all incoming customer service tasks as required – order taking, customer issue resolution, delivery matters etc
  • Delivering meaningful and positive outcomes via customer calls, texts, emails and social media communication with assigned customers
  • Diligent record keeping and follow-up on customers to maintain communication
  • Build relationships, educate, discover opportunities.
  • Contact and arrange meetings with potential customers for sales attendance
  • Maintain relationships through regular and constant contact and support
  • Assist with Annual business development plan, budgeting and monthly sales plans
  • Report weekly on Business Development activities
  • Striving to perform ahead of monthly targets (set number of calls per day)
  • Communicating market & competitor behaviour to manager
