Job Description
•Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.

•Provide customer support using the English or Mandarin language via phone , email or Chat

•Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.

•Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.

•Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

•Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree level or equivalent..

•Candidate with Degree level qualification in other fields of study are also encouraged to apply

•English – Level 3, Mandarin – Level 4, Cantonese – Level 4


Language proficiency in Mandarin and English

Education Requirement - at least SPM

Work Schedule - rotating shift and public holiday

Basic Salary - RM2500

KPI Incentive - RM 400

Night Shift Allowance - RM 300

6 Day Working Allowance - RM 300
