Job Description
• Recognizes customer problems and resolve it to customer’s satisfaction directly or through transfer to proper unit for resolution.

• Evaluate OBD campaign needs, communicate to work groups accurately and deliver a clean and accurate product.

• Follow-up calls on complex cases to customers

• Support the Company in various customer related issues

• Provide excellent Customer Service and portray a pro-active and professional manner to our customer.
