Customer Service Representative



Experience ( Min/Max ) : MIN 1 YEAR (JUNIOR EXECUTIVE)

Position Requirement:
  • Degree in Business Administration or any discipline.
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service and manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and communicates well at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must be able to converse in Mandarin language as need to liaise with customers from China.


Position Responsibilities:
  • To promote and explain precise information over to customers.
  • To provide customer service at all times.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
