Job Description
Essential Responsibilities: 

• Place customer orders in the ERP computer system • Respond to customer related inquiries/requests • Identify and escalate issues to Team Leads • Provide product and service information to customers • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls • Follow up customer calls where necessary • Proactively call existing and new customer base to increase revenue and targeted sales quotas • Acquisition, retention and expansion of new and existing customer relationships • Process more complex order/quote requests

• Clarify, diagnose, and problem-solve escalated customer fulfillment issues 

Candidate Education and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Any Field, but preferably Engineering courses

• Minimum three (3) years’ Customer Service and Call Center experience

• Bubbly and outgoing personality • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) • Experience with ERP systems (AS400, Oracle, etc.) • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)

• High level of customer focus and ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Self-directed, positive and ethical role model able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with suppliers, internal customers and coworkers; fully observe Dover’s Code of Ethical Conduct, Employee Handbook "Personal Conduct of Employees" policies and ISO Quality System Standards
