Job Description
Your responsibilities are to:

• Deliver sales targets and KPI given by your supervisors.

• Drive customer service outcomes and focuses on sale renewals and retention of existing customers.

• Maintain strong and efficient customer support.

• Follow-up with customers regarding their usage and satisfaction of product for continuous improvement.

• Manage customer success activities such as onboarding, customer training, cross-selling/up-selling etc.

• Maintain and ensure effectiveness of customer success activities.

• Enhance effectiveness of said activities through technology.

• Inspire the Customer Success culture across the company.

• Lead a world-class Customer Success team and deliver results consistently.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in IT or any equivalent and relevant field.

• At least 2 years experience in leading customer-facing organizations (those of lesser years of experience are welcome to apply).

• Prior experience in implementation of HRMS and payroll software is an added advantage.

• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.

• Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience.

• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.

• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.

• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
