Support Managers to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Partner internally with Customer Delivery teams, and cross-functional teams i.e. Product, O&T, HR, Learning and Development (L&D) and Business Development to collect data and create analysis, reporting and dashboard capabilities.
Support Managers in monitoring performance and contribute to identifying improvements and efficiencies.
Responsible for all MIS, KPIs and Dashboard reporting for CD AP team
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data base/data systems.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Where required, develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Work with cross-functional teams and managers to generate on-going analysis, reports and dashboards.
Contribute to new process improvement opportunities.
Working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and adept at queries, report writing and presentation of findings
Critical Thinking: ability to look at the numbers, trends and data, and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables etc.) and Advanced Microsoft Power Point skills
