Business Analyst

General Description:

The Business Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, systems requirements and preparing of Business Presentation slides. The Business Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, experience & knowledge in power point and designing/preparing of presentation slides, problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of business operations.

Your work would entail: 
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, and operations requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
  • Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential area of concerns in operating systems across the Airline Project.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field and 3 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of contact centre operation.
  • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, pivots & formulas, graphs, tableau, Power BI and flow charts.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly self motivated and directed.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
