In summary, you will oversee the Data Centers across the APAC region. You will also be managing a team of technical resources that provides IT Infrastructure Operations. You will be an ambassador of the Infrastructure Services organization by representing the company values internally and externally. Lastly, you will be responsible for the management of the external vendors and service providers within Infrastructure Services.
To qualify an individual must possess: • A Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, engineering or other relevant discipline or recognition of prior working experience, which is equivalent to industry accredited certification. • Around 5 years’ experience in data center management • Good people management skills – have led a team of 5 people or more • Professional certification in ITIL, CDCP and etc will be an added advantage • Good background in vendor management

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
