Their responsibilities will be varied but will primarily involve:
Research, testing and experimentation
Customer support and technical troubleshooting
Maintenance of our own sending-systems
Contributions to product development
Intimate knowledge of SMTP, Postfix, Sendmail, Dovecot, Exchange, including installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting in commercial environments
Experience in high-volume email delivery (including specialised high-volume sending MTAs)
Experience with Office 365, GSuite for business, and other commercial cloud-based email service offerings
Solid grounding in email security, including all current protocols and mechanisms
Experience in application and infrastructure support in LAMP environments

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
