Job Description :

TheEmployee Admin Analystis accountable for ensuring that the relevant processes within BAT are delivered effectively while at the same time providing excellent customer services at all times. Based in Sunway Geo in Subang Jaya, they also provide Employee Administration related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are executed and aligned to BATs business strategy and resourcing needs whileworking closely with the regionalHRBPs and internal GBS team to deliver HR strategy, processes and ad hoc project support as required.

High- Level Responsibilities:
  • Oversees all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services, including supporting the Business in the transaction of mass data change activity
  • Uses HR procedures and guidance available to them to manage the processing of data changes, entry and workflow within technology solutions
  • Supports Employee Admin Lead in developing and implementing data management plan, including the approach and execution of data archiving and record retention
  • Ensures compliance with BAT data administration and security standards and oversees the verification of data against appropriate policies and compliance requirements
  • Delivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement efforts
  • Identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to data management and processing
  • Delivers the regular reconciliation of HR data
  • Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs
  • Ensures the collection, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of HR knowledge and content related to specialist area through Aurora channels in line with BAT standards.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately
  • Develops and distributes communications regarding changes to specialist services, policies, processes or programmes


Essential requirements
  • Minimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 1 year in customer services experience focus in Employee Admin & Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactorswould be anadded advantage
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skills
  • Possesses high degree of professionalism, patient and grace in servicing clients
  • Resourceful, proactive, and a good team player
