Develop detailed test cases and procedures for hardware/software integration and functional testing to include end to end, integration, system, back-end and validation testing
Develop formal system test plans and reports
Perform tasks to test programs for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to documented functional requirements Document all test anomalies and actively support the investigation and resolution of all anomalies
Maintain performance metrics and report daily status to Team Lead
Develop and track plans for issue closure and risk mitigation
Work with the development team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process
College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Strong desire to learn
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
Ability to quickly learn new concepts
Ability to collect, analyse, implement and document software requirements and to track and verify those requirements

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
