Job Description
• Perform regular administrative task such as Managing Symantec Endpoint Protection Solutions, Kaspersky Security Center Solutions, Postfix Email Solutions & Google Apps. 
• Install, configure and upgrade Postfix Email Solutions. 
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools 
• Administers and maintains the organization's email system(s). Monitors server performance and mail routing. 
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with teams to implement those fixes 
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability 
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies and Disaster recovery process • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution 
• Ability to performing daily health check process. 
• Good working knowledge/understanding on client firewall tools, Managing Auto location, Firewall Policies, HI Checks and Intrusion Detection • Customized reporting, notification and alert configurations on email systems, Antivirus Solutions. 
• Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• 5 to 10 years working experience in a 24x7 IT environment
• Expert technical knowledge in Email Gateways & Email Solutions like Postfix, Dovecot, Spamasassin, Amavis, ClamAV etc.,
• Excellent Knowledge in DNS (A, PTR, SPF, DKIM & DMARC) records 
• Expert Technical knowledge in Antivirus Solutions like Symantec Endpoint Protection, Kaspersky Security Center. 
• Good knowledge in Linux Operating Systems and Windows Server operating systems. 
• Good Knowledge in DLP, BitLocker (Encryption) & Device control 
• Good Knowledge in Scripting (Shell, Python, Pearl etc.,) 
• Knowledge of information security and ITIL processes is preferable 
• Provides first-level telephone support and troubleshoots issues
• Ability to provide support on Level 2/Level 3 incidents

• Highly self-motivated and directed • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly 
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good Presentation Skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
