Job Description
Job Description / Role & Responsibility:
  • To lead and conduct on-site evaluation (deep analysis) in order to check training effectiveness on adherence/application of the steps/process after receive training 
  • To implement and execute Annual Training action plan 
  • To review training operation and management, training facility and equipment management by rotating PDCA cycle for optimum result 
  • To plan and review budget for maximizing training operation needs (Body & Paint) 
  • To lead and conduct HQSP PT1, PT2, PT3, New Model/Accessories, BP-SA training to nationwide dealers 
  • To manage and despatch the issuance of HQSP certification to qualify technicians upon successful completion of HQSP training attended 
  • To plan and execute HQSP annual renewal test in order to validate the HQSP qualified technician 
  • To review Training operation report and take CM for improvement of overall training quality and effectiveness 
  • To conduct periodic inventory check on training tools, equipment, and consumables 
  • To make data analysis on current market issue, review training needs (TNA) and execute suitable training courses for technician’s skill improvement

  • To execute Self-Reliance License Renewal (BP) by provide and review training plan delivery, analyse market issue, new Ki training action plan, junior instructor development 
  • To review instructors’ TNA and plan to execute BP skill-continuity plan through instructors’ development (technical & non-technical) 
  • To execute National/Regional Technician Skill Contest 

Qualification / Requirement:
  • Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive, relevant technical field in paint repair or equivalent. 
  • For diploma – minimum 6 years working experience preferable in automotive industry. 
  • For degree – minimum 3 years work experience preferable in the Automotive Industry. 
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds. 
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). 
  • Self-motivated with good planning, problem solving and analytical skill. 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet to deadline. 
  • Candidate posted with Vocational Training Officer certificate (VTO) will be an advantage.
