Position: Fashion Advisor Salary: $2,000 (Junior) / $2,300 (Senior) + $400 (Fixed Comm) or 0.5% which is higher Location: Marina Bay Sands Working Hours / Days: Rotating Shift (5 or 6 Working days per week of 44 hours)
Recommend customers on the suitable products
Provide good and professional customer service
Performing of cashing duties when needed
Perform inventory repleish as and when required
Achieving monthly target set by company
Other ad hoc duties assigned by manager / supervisor
Min 1 year of experience in handling Mid to High End Luxury Goods
Have passion in talking to customers and retail industry
Strong customer service skills
MUST be able to commit to PH and Weekends

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
