To create and rate Bills of Ladings (BL) and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all BLs for specific regions in South Asia and Europe. To rectify BL error through issue of CBL. In addition, this position is responsible to trouble shoot problems which may arise during the production of a bill of lading.
2) Representative, Inbound Documentation
This position is responsible to ensure 100% accuracy in vessel clean up, timeliness of sending Notice of Arrival, cargo manifest submission, completion of invoicing and Customer expectations are met of all inbound bills of ladings for specific country(s) in South Asia and Europe region.
3) Analyst, Operations (should be able to work on 24/7 shifts)
This position is to update actual vessel schedule in SM in order to provide visibility to organization regarding vessel berthing/departure timings.
4) Representative, Documentation Resolution
This position exists to process and respond to documentation related enquiries from customer. All enquiries has to be coordinated with necessary departments (if needed) then final outcome responded to customer in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, He/she is required to track and categorize enquiries/feedbacks from customer for analysis so improvement opportunities can be identified.
5) Representative, Customer Service
This position exists to process accurate and timely booking and to send booking confirmation to our clients. In addition, He/she is required to perform other booking activities such as roll/advance booking, cancel booking, and vessel clean up after sailing.
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with CGPA2.60 and above.

Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak in Mandarin or Cantonese or Tamil will be an added advantage
