Job Description
1 Answering the incoming call.

2 Create POR in SAP system.

3 Provide clerical support to the Sales team (eg. Flower ordering,

door gift for customers).

4 Manage flight and hotel accommodation booking arrangement for Sales

Team.

5 Manage flight and hotel accommodation booking arrangement for

customer during Luxottica Buying Day.

6 Manage the logistic, sourcing for the sensor tag, looking and

recruiting part timer during the Malaysia Luxottica Days.

7 Organise CRP training on the invitation, logistic for the event and

hotel accommodation for the trainer.

8 Receive defective stocks and maintain record for safe keeping.

9 Looking Part Timer

10 Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

11 Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.

12 Ordering pantry and refreshment

13 Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.

14 Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.

15 Booking rooms and conference facilities.

16 Responsible for catering arrangements during company events.

17 Ordering refreshment and cake for Birthday Celebration.

18 Daily operation such as maintenance of fitting, aircond, office and

storeroom cleaningness.

19 Submit the new vendor details using I-Web for SSC in China to

create the vendor

20 Record the incoming cheque.

21 Issuing of Cheque.

22 Ad Hoc Tasks
