Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Patient registration and appointment bookings

- Billing and collection of payments

- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- 1-5 years experience required in the healthcare field; specifically interacting with patients

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin; to handle Mandarin speaking clients

- Excellent communication and customer service skills (In-person, phone, email, etc.)

- Good with Microsoft Office, POS, Quickbooks

- Photoshop, In Design, basic graphic design, and video editing is a plus

- Can work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision

Work:

- Contract: Up to 2-6 months

- Monday to Friday (9AM - 6PM) + some Saturday afternoons

- Candidate has to be responsible, professional, and mature
