Understand Supply chain solution processes with core impetus to warehouse management process and requirements
Prototype functionality, identify solutions for the respective business process
Define solution and prepare functional specifications
Support testing activities
Create unit test cases and review test cases developed by QC Team
Define test data requirements
Coordinate defect resolution and re-testing efforts
Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and controls
Implement existing program-level standards for design, security and controls, user interface and documentation
Develop domain/technical competency to become an SME for the future solution
Provide initial support to power users
Lead training and education of future support team staff and develop transition documents
Capture lessons learned and communicate to team
Strong interpersonal skills, Technical writing skills. Excellent organization skills to support working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, Self-motivated, ability to perform tasks under pressure, networking skills and relationship building skills.

Integration with other teams
8+ years of SAP WM MM experience
Strong knowledge of WM MM QM module and its integration as well as integration of other modules
Experience in the Life sciences project – preferably 2-3 implementation project
Experience in Life sciences medical devices project is desirable

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
