Position: Group Finance Business Partner (Mexico, US, Canada)
Reporting To: CEO
Work Location: Kota Kinabalu
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to RM9, 000
Working Days/ Hours: Monday till Friday/ 9am till 6pm


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide the financial position of the group of companies and suggestions to support and achieve the profit target set for each business units.


Job Description:
  • Perform monthly profit analysis on the business unit and group.
  • Ensure each business units are using the correct tools to generate an accurate cost accounting, cost and expenses analysis.
  • Ensure the 3 months forecast prepared by the business unit is in compliance with the group policies for inventory levels and AR management.
  • Provide a monthly, quarterly, and yearly cash flow and business projection for the group based on each business units monthly sales projection to create a visible profit and target reports.
  • Highlight all potential road locks based on the forecast, inventory levels and orders from customers.
  • Coordinate in the annual audit together with the group accountant.
  • Initiates savings and campaigns as well as assist in pricing negotiations with service providers as and when is needed.
  • Assist the business units to improvise their accounts receivable management.
  • Prepare the working capital needs of the group based on the annual budget and the organizations 5 years projection.
  • Ensure business units maximizes usage of the present facilities at a competitive rate.


Requirements:
  • Degree or Masters in Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in the group financial forecasting, profit analysis, cash flow, business projections (monthly, quarterly and yearly), and AR management preferably from a MNC working environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in any Chinese dialect is essential due to liaison with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess strong analytical and decision making.
  • Must be proactive, independent and a self-starter.
