Job Description
  • Design, establish and continuously improve HR policies and procedures; schemes and regulations in line with the Company’s directions and objectives
  • Work closely and collaborate with other departments to achieve the Company’s business goals
  • Provide comprehensive advisory services to management on all HR related matters
  • Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by management
  • Promote staff development and ensure high working productivity and efficiency of the HR department 
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s in Human Resources Management or Business / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience with 5 years as HR Manager
  • Candidates with working experience in retail industry would be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle full spectrum of HR and through knowledge in related statues i.e. Employment Act; Industrial Relations Act; etc
  • Experience in IT systems related to payroll
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing and enforcing HR policies
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead the HR team and provide sensible
