Job Description

  • To initiate marketing and product activities that increase agent penetration, revenue and ARPA.
  • To drive the team to create, manage and disseminate new and existing products.
  • To ensure internal and external support and acceptance for all new products launched.
  • To provide training to all BDMs and AMs on new and existing products available.
  • Monitor execution of tasks by all team members
  • Provide assistance, where required, to each team member to carry out their tasks efficiently
  • Motivate team members and provide a positive work environment
  • Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of comprehensive customer database for agent/display sales team, in order to market the products and business effectively
  • Communicate messages and updates from the management to team members in a timely manner
  • Follow up results of marketing initiatives
  • Measure their success in ROI and response from target segment
  • Develop the team to consistently deliver the needed performance
  • Ensure all team members are focused and their performance are aligned with segment objectives and plans
  • Ensure proper coordination with internal business units
  • Develop and implement marketing communications campaigns targeting agreed segments (prospects and customers) with new and existing products
  • Each target segment to have a clear plan
  • Develop an elaborate schedule of activity in six month blocks
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure all activities are aligned
  • Provide relevant collateral to support the Sales team to achieve aligned goals
  • Ensure there is coordination between the Product Manager, Marketing and Sales in the promotion of products and initiatives to target the market.

  • A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent professional qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Marketing, Sales or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role
  • Experience in online and offline marketing
  • Good computer skills MS Office
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Solutions Marketing
  • Good knowledge of Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
  • Able to create training design, teach and instruct individuals or groups
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong formal presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
