Responsibilities • Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives • Monitor and direct the implementation of the strategic annual audit plan • Hire, develop and provide training for subordinates and work closely with the internal audit committee • Participates in development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning • Performs audit work, including plan preparation, finding, and associated reports Requirements • Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. • At least 10 years of experience in Audit and 5 years of management experience • Must have experience in both external and internal audit (commercial companies) • Must have the ability to speak in Chinese/ Mandarin/ Cantonese due to the business nature

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
