Responsible for planning, developing and delivering training programs.
Analyzes training needs and develops programs to address them; evaluating third party training providers; developing training materials; and managing delivery of internal and externally-provided training.
Liaises with clients to identify future training needs in line with business requirements
Recruits, trains, leads and motivates an internal or external (contract) sales trainers
Organizes training activities and monitors quality of training programs in order to ensure that training needs are met and performance enhanced.
Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding and management of contract trainers to ensure continuous quality.
Provides performance coaching, observation and management of trainer quality and contracts to ensure the consistency and quality of training delivery to the field organizations.
Oversees/directs most complex projects & programs in Trainer Delivery
Leads a team of Contract Trainers
A Degree in any field.
At least 10 years in Training & Education, Adult Learning
Senior level proficiency in Trainer Selection & Trainer Management
Adult training and development experience
Expert facilitation skills
Expert experience designing & executing train the Trainer programs
Direct people Management
Proficient coaching skills
Foundational knowledge of Instructional Design principles
Able to speak and write in English and/or Mandarin
