• Adobe AEM programming skills is a must and at least 3 - 4 years experiences Experience in building enterprise service layer using SOA principle. • Experience working with content management systems (CMS). • Adobe Experience Manager preferred • Exposure to developing new functionality (templates and components) in Content Management System • Experience developing in Adobe AEM/CQ product (WCM, DAM, CQSE, CRX) • Experience migration Adobe 5.6 to Adobe Cloud • 3 or more years of proven hands-on experience with Adobe CQ/AEM • Good development skills on web technology such as HTML5, AJAX JS/JQuery, CSS • Familiar with MYSQL, Oracle and MSSQL databases. • Good understanding of the full development life cycle.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
