1 year or more working experience in Level 2 / 3 application support, preferably in internet banking application • Strong knowledge of JAVA/J2EE programming. Multithreading development is an advantage • Knowledge in Unix scripting – awk, shell and/or perl script is necessary • In-depth understanding in IBM WebSphere Server and IBM HTTP server (at least 2 years of experience) • Understanding of J2EE Web container programming • Experience in application development and SDLC processes, preferably in a banking environment • Certification in IBM WebSphere/ Oracle Java/J2EE developer is an added advantage

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
