Job Description
Role: Customer Care Consultant

Duration: 1 Year Contract with Quess (Extendable)

Job Location: Subang Jaya

Working Days: Any 5 days per week

Working Hours: Rotational Shift

Candidate with prior experience in Contact Centre will be an advantage.

• Fluent English and BM is a MUST, Mandarin will be an advantage.

• Candidate with English writing skill will be an advantage.

• Can able to handle the inbound and outbound calls
