Job Description
- Escalates complex questions to more senior representatives

- Documents customer concerns and escalates concerns to appropriate channels in a timely manner

Contract details:

Salary Range:2200-3500 RM

6 months contract, non-renewable, no bonus

Non-shift role

Back-end role, minimum verbal communication with customers

Requirements

Candidates can be fresh graduates from Diploma / Degree

Good in verbal and written English command

Experiences with Customer Service/Admin would be desirable 

JELA score should be more than 30
