Job Description
- Enduser support by telephone, mail, and chat.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures like – Incident, Service request fulfilment, Change, Problem etc.

- Good/excellent knowledge for the support of MS Office and standard software.

- Understand client policies and guidelines.

- Attend and solve doubts complaints and comments to users/customers.

- Network: Knowledge on – LAN setup, basic routing and switching, passive networking.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
