Job Description
Job Descriptions:

Handling full spectrum of Human Resource and Administration for the company which consist of:

  • To be responsible in handling and monitoring Human Resource Department all related matters 
  • Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures 
  • To provides advice and assistance to management, supervisors and staff on all related HR matters in compliance with Malaysia Labor Laws 
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings 
  • To ensure all historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records being maintain at all time 
  • To backup payroll and to checking on completion of the payroll 
  • Review and analyze the company job roles, salaries, ranking and benefit system 
  • Identify, execute and monitor improvement on daily HR operational processes 
  • Administer foreign worker issues, facilities and accommodation 
  • Assist superior in organizing training and development program for employees 
  • Responsible in end-to-end processes of recruitment i.e. advertising, screening, short listing, interviewing and selection 
  • Respond on HOD all dept requests for employee’s disciplinary action and emergency cases 
  • Monitor all employees to follow company rules and regulation 
  • To liaise with Health Dept on any issues relating health (premise/ hostel compound & foreignworker) 
  • Any other duties assign as and when necessary with regard of Management. 

  • To reports work to the General Manager and responsible for assisting with managing office operations 
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining day to day administrative activities in order to meet all related government policies and procedures 
  • Initiating and overseeing the on-going follow up action after management meetings 
  • In charge of Security Guard (Guard Schedule, clocking record, receive report and invoice) 
  • Monitoring premise Housekeeping & Cleaning 
  • Responsible in handling company assets and mobile phone bill (computers, laptop and mobile phone) 
  • Monitoring on CCTV and alarm system company 
  • To administer on company property (contract and tenancy issues) 
  • To liaise with Government and Authority Department pertaining permits and licenses 
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable administration relating to federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings 
  • To manage Dept Of Environment related matters – SW temporary storage area, monthly report and waste collection. 
  • To liaise on governmental issues (Safety and Health, City Council, Public Work Dept, Land Office etc) 
  • Arrange Annual Dinner, Farewell Party, & any event of company. 
  • Any other duties assign as and when necessary with regard of Management. 

Job Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources / Administration or equivalent. 
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia 
  • At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office 
  • Preferably someone who specialized HR & Admin. 
  • Applicant must willing to work at Kulai. 
  • Full time position available. 
  • Salary range from RM3000- RM4000.
