The job responsibilities of HR assistant in following:
• Recruitment • Payroll Administration • Maintain leave records • Medical claim records • Administer HR internal control policies and procedures and attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures. • Maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times. • Coordinate orientation programs and administer application required for new hires. • Verify overtime work of staff with attendance record registered and other related matters. • Assist in the planning of employee engagement activities to strengthen employee bonding and organizational growth. • Maintain filing system • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
