Job Description
The job responsibilities of HR assistant in following:

• Recruitment
• Payroll Administration
• Maintain leave records
• Medical claim records
• Administer HR internal control policies and procedures and attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate orientation programs and administer application required for new hires.
• Verify overtime work of staff with attendance record registered and other related matters.
• Assist in the planning of employee engagement activities to strengthen employee bonding and organizational growth.
• Maintain filing system
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
